According to the reports, actor Ranveer Singh, who was first approached for the film, has opted out due to date clash, and now Varun has stepped in but the Dilwale actor has put a rest to all those rumours. Varun Dhawan is prepping up for release of Badrinath Ki Dulhania. “That’s not true at all. I have worked with Jacqueline, and Tapsee is a very dear friend. Meanwhile, the Dishoom actor has completed “Badrinath Ki Dulhania”, which also stars Alia Bhatt. Asked about his much-awaited film Judwaa 2, which will also star Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu, Varun said: “I always wanted to work with Jacqueline and Taapsee. Both are very talented.” Varun also thinks that Judwaa 2, a sequel to the 1997 Salman Khan starrer Judwaa is a “big responsibility” for him.
