immense joy and pride fills my heart everytime i visit those memories. The period drama had Sushant play India’s favourite detective. Not just films, he was also a part of Shiamak Davar’s troupe, remaining a background dancer for several actors at events like the IIFA. Gave me the opportunity to work with these 3 power houses. Kai Po Che
Kai Po Che starred Sushant Singh Rajput, Rajkummar Rao and Amit Sadh. Sushant surely took the risk of signing this crime thriller at such an early stage in his career. It was Sushant’s hard work of getting into the skin of India’s most successful cricket captain, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, that did wonders at the box office. Kai Po Che also became an important film for actors Rajkummar Rao and Amit Sadh. Based on Chetan Bhagat’s novel The 3 Mistakes of My Life, this one had Sushant playing Ishaan. He wore dhotis, sported oiled hair with a mustache, and even cracked murder mysteries.
