Future of live music will be different for a while: Bono

U2 frontman Bono is happy that his band was able to finish its tour before the lockdown. According to Contactmusic, the singer said drive-in shows can be a successful alternative as there is a possibility to maintain social distancing. Outside the stadiums, you have these big (parking lots), so setting up drive-ins, where you have bands playing live from their rehearsal rooms,” Bono said. “We haven’t learned to phone in our shows. The 59-year-old singer, whose real name is Paul David Hewson, is happy that his band was able to finish its tour before the lockdown.
